Worldwide, specialists use their expertise to work with customers to develop applications and provide them with advice and training, ensuring that their cargo arrives at its destination undamaged. The company has branches all over the world. This vacancy is for the Oostrum branch (near Venray) in the Netherlands.

As our English Customer Service Representative , you are more than a point of contact you are the heartbeat of customer satisfaction. You’ll handle orders, solve issues, and collaborate with Sales to create unforgettable experiences for clients. Every day is different, and every customer is unique.

What you’ll be doing
- Be the go-to person for Polish-speaking customers
- Process orders, calls, and customer requests with a smile
- Take ownership of complaints follow up, solve, and leave customers happy
- Provide sales & product info, working with internal teams like stock and finance
- Actively follow up on overdue invoices
- Join (or even lead!) improvement projects that elevate the customer experience
Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?
• MBO/HBO education (obtained through education or through work experience)
• 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role (preferably B2B experience)
• Strong problem solving and anticipation skills
• Well-organised and good at prioritizing tasks
• Multitasking and flexible; stress-resistant and comfortable in dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong team player
• Decisive and a pro-active personality
• Available full time(working hours 8.00-18.00 max. 8 hours/day)
• Excellent MSOffice, Excel and Outlook skills and experience with ERP
• Language skill: Excellent English and fluent in German
Het aanbod
- A contract with our client, starting with a year contract;
- Starting with a salary of € 3,000.- and € 3,300.- per month;
