At Grodan, they are not looking for an average customer service employee.
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist: someone who works with precision, takes ownership of their customer portfolio, and communicates clearly in French and English. Approximately 50–60% of your time will be spent on direct customer contact, mainly with French-speaking and international clients. The remainder of your responsibilities focuses on managing the order process and coordinating with internal departments such as Sales, Production Planning, and Logistics.

Key responsibilities include:

• Entering, reviewing, and following up on customer orders with maximum accuracy;
• Handling customer inquiries via phone and email (French & English);
• Coordinating deliveries with Sales, Production Planning, and Transport;
• Managing quotations, contracts, and order documentation;
• Proactively resolving delivery and logistics issues;
• Contributing to improvement projects during quieter periods;
• During the peak season (approximately week 42 through week 3–4), the workload increases and flexibility is expected.

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist who is not only precise but also takes ownership of their customer portfolio.

You are a professional who:

• Speaks French and English fluently (basic Dutch is a plus);
• Works extremely accurately and risk-conscious, minimizing errors and financial exposure;
• Takes responsibility for your own customers and regions;
• Remains structured and focused under pressure, especially during peak periods;
• Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams;
• Shows initiative and ownership in process improvements or handling customer queries.   

Additional qualifications:
Experience in customer service, sales support, or order management is a strong plus. Experience in horticulture, technical sectors, or production environments is welcome but not mandatory.

Het aanbod

• Salary: €3.553 – €4.140 gross per month (Scale 8);
• 13th month salary;
• 36 vacation days (with the option to convert 15 days into pension contributions);
• Employer-supported pension scheme;
• One-year contract , after that a contract for permanent employment;
• Up to 6 remote working days per month.
