As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the primary point of contact for customers in the French market. You ensure that service requests are handled professionally and efficiently while working closely with colleagues from Customer Service, Sales, Clinical Support and external service providers.
Your responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for French-speaking customers.
- Managing customer enquiries, service requests and complaints from start to finish.
- Preparing and following up on quotations.
- Supporting the Sales and Clinical teams with customer-related questions.
- Coordinating preventive maintenance and service interventions with external service providers.
- Processing customer information and maintaining accurate administrative records.
- Supporting order processing, service contracts and invoicing.
- Working according to quality standards and internal procedures.
Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?
We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, takes ownership and works accurately, even when priorities change.
You have:
- MBO or equivalent vocational working and thinking level.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Customer Service, Customer Support or Customer Care position.
- Experience in an international working environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in French (spoken and written).
- Good command of English (spoken and written), as this is the company’s internal business language.
- A proactive attitude and strong organisational skills.
Het aanbod
- Starting salary between €3,000 and €4,000 gross per month, depending on experience.
- You will start with an employment contract through GO/APPLY, with the intention of being offered a permanent position by our client after approximately six months, subject to good performance.
- 40 hours per week (full-time preferred).
