As a Customer Support Specialist, you are the first point of contact for customers, distributors and internal stakeholders. You play a key role in order management, quotations and customer communication, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
You will work closely with Sales, Technical Support and Supply Chain colleagues across multiple European markets.
Your responsibilities
- Handle customer requests via phone and email (orders, quotes, inquiries)
- Create and manage quotations, sales orders and returns in SAP
- Follow up on order status, delivery times, availability and pricing
- Support customers in the German-speaking market (primary focus)
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve customer questions
- Work with a case management system to prioritize and track requests
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes
- Support international transactions and cross-market activities when required
Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?
- Fluent in German (spoken and written)
- Good command of English
- Experience in customer service, order management, logistics or a commercial environment is a plus
- Open to junior candidates with strong language skills and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with systems (SAP experience is an advantage)
- Accurate, service-oriented and communicatively strong
- Able to work independently while also being a team player
- Additional language skills (e.g. Italian) are a strong plus
Het aanbod
- Monthly salary between €2,500 – €3,000 gross per month based on 40 hours per week
- 13th month salary
