In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and expanding business within the DACH region. Your main tasks include:

  • Maintaining telephone contact with new customers.
  • Proactively managing and developing existing customer relationships.
  • Expanding a portfolio of customers and prospects together with your team.
  • Ensuring customers receive the best possible service and support.
  • Preparing and following up on quotations, and responding to customer requests.

What do you bring?

  • Completed vocational training or degree in a commercial or technical field;
  • Strong communicator who is persuasive, customer-focused and enjoys building long-term business relationships;
  • Confident in German, ideally with additional English language skills. Any other languages are an advantage;
  • Motivated, reliable and a real team player who likes to contribute to company success;
  • First experience with MS Navision and the Microsoft Office suite is a plus;
  • We also welcome applications from career changers or candidates with limited professional experience who are eager to learn.
